Differentiation

Learners needing support:

  • Guide learners to work on a display that suits their strengths.
  • Support learners in assessing their work and explaining how it fits the design brief.

Learners working at a stretch:

  • Challenge learners to work independently and make choices about what they make.
  • Encourage learners to explain and justify how they chose and have adapted their final artwork.
  • Encourage learners to justify their choice of favourite artwork using art vocabulary.
  • Learners can try several ways to display their artwork for the gallery display.
  • Learners can write a short assessment of their artworks, answering the set questions.
